Essentials of Learning Teams

Effective collaboration is one of the techCAMP™ fundamental learning goals. Learning to work effectively in teams, both as a team member and leader, is a critical career and organizational competency that techCAMP™ works to develop across the curriculum in all academic programs. Every artisan and craftsman knows that to do a job right, you must choose the right tools. Successful industry professionals - managers, educators, counselors, nurses, and entrepreneurs - have had to learn and follow the same practice.

Our Campers will experience and have access to learning team tools that will increase their success at developing effective skills in collaboration and the benefits gain in working in teams. Our Learning Team Toolkit is the gateway(s) to materials that will help Campers achieve greater professional competence as a member and leader of technology or business project teams.

We understand that a Learning Team is the process of working collectively to achieve a common objective in a group. In context of a learning organization, techCAMP™ team members tend to share knowledge and complement each other's skills.
